At The CoreFlux, we are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with Google Play policies, Google AdMob policies, and Firebase requirements. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.

1. About The App

The CoreFlux is a gamified token-grabbing application. Users can participate in 24-hour in-app “grabbing” cycles, optional tasks, referral rewards, and global chat features.

All tokens (㋑) are virtual in-app points used strictly inside the app. They:

Have no monetary value
Are not cryptocurrency
Are not financial instruments or investments
Cannot be exchanged for real money or real-world goods

The app is designed for entertainment and engagement purposes only.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you register, we collect basic account data such as email address, username, and authentication credentials using Firebase Authentication.
Referral Information: If you use a referral code, we record the referral relationship to provide in-app bonus tokens (50㋑ for both users) and prevent abuse.
Chat Data: Messages posted in the global chat feature are stored to allow communication between users. Chat content may be moderated to maintain community safety.
Usage & Device Data: We may collect non-personal data such as device type, OS version, app version, crash logs, and usage analytics via Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics.
Advertising Identifiers: Google AdMob may collect advertising identifiers (such as Advertising ID) and device information to serve and measure ads.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as financial information, biometric data, or precise location.

3. Rewarded Ads & Optional Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display rewarded advertisements in compliance with AdMob policies.

Grabbing Feature:

When a user taps the “Grabbing” button, a message informs them that a rewarded ad may be shown to start a 24-hour grabbing cycle.
If a rewarded ad is available and fully watched, the grabbing cycle begins.
If no ad is available, the grabbing cycle starts without requiring ad viewing.
Watching ads is not guaranteed and is subject to ad availability.

Optional Task – Rewarded Ad (+20㋑):

This task is completely optional.
Users may choose to watch a rewarded ad to receive 20㋑.
This is not required to access or use the app’s core features.

We do not encourage invalid ad clicks and we do not require users to click ads. Ads must be voluntarily watched and completed to receive optional rewards.

4. Referral Program

Users may invite others using a referral code.
Both the referring user and the new user receive 50㋑ upon successful registration.
Referral bonuses are in-app virtual tokens only.
We may implement anti-abuse systems to prevent fraudulent referrals.

5. Firebase Services

We use Google Firebase services including:

Firebase Authentication – secure login management
Cloud Firestore – storing user data, tokens, and chat messages
Firebase Analytics – usage insights
Firebase Crashlytics – crash reporting

Firebase processes data according to Google’s Privacy Policy.

6. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

Provide and maintain app functionality
Start and manage 24-hour grabbing cycles
Manage optional tasks and rewards
Operate referral rewards
Enable global chat communication
Improve performance and fix crashes
Prevent fraud, abuse, and policy violations

We do not sell personal data.

7. Data Sharing

We may share limited information with:

Google AdMob (for ad serving and measurement)
Google Firebase (for hosting and backend services)

These third-party providers operate under their own privacy policies. We do not share or sell personal information to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

8. Data Retention & Security

We retain user data as long as the account remains active or as required by law.
Users may request account deletion.
We implement reasonable safeguards, but no system is 100% secure.

9. Children’s Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover such data, it will be deleted.
